Jackson County is a county in the U.S. state of Colorado. The county population was 1,357 at the 2016 census. The county seat is the Town of Walden.

History
In November, 1861, Colorado set up 17 counties for the state, including Larimer County. This was where Jackson County would be carved out of in 1909.
